un inger cazut eu am vazut,
cum s-a prabusit si a murit,
suferinta a fost prea mare
si nu a mai putut rezista.
s-a stins sub ochii mei
si ai dragostei,
si a lasat in urma sa
numai si numai cenusa.
a mai lasat si o speranta
ce a fost abandonata.
acum nimeni nu mai stie
ca ea aducea doar armonie
si fericire pentru noi.
ceea ce nu s-a spus
a fost cum s-a dus
si s-a prabusit,
cineva nu a reusit
sa faca ce a vrut
si asta l-a durut,
si a incercat
sa-i taie aripile
si sa-i lege mainile,
dar a scapat
si a cazut...
acum s-a dus
si ne vegheaza de sus...

can you image can you feel what it is to cross an ocean? For weeks you see nothing but the oroizhn . I say that starting at your own blank page in an effort to find some motivating factor that will enable your creative writing to come forth is almost like crossing an ocean. Enthralled by Raleigh's story telling, Elizabeth and her ladies listen intently, he goes on to say At first it's no more than a haze on the oroizhn, the ghost of a haze, the pure line corrupted. But clouds do that, and storms. So you watch, you watch. Then it's a smudge, a shadow on the far water. For a day, for another day, the stain slowly spreads along the oroizhn, and takes form until the third day you let yourself believe . And believe as students we do; believe that we can find that inspiration to start to write, to develop some creative ability from our own struggle to put into the written word what we already know in our heads about our research and the ideas that continuously flash through our minds. So from the learning we endeavour each day, creating that smudge on our own oroizhns. mulling over the blank pages, until we see land, that shadow on the page believing that in those words will be the reflection of the research experience that will bring our own landing to achievement. Our writing creates more ability to write and as we peruse the enterprise of having produced a final piece of work that is worthy of PhD recognition, we too out of our own immensity, sail into a safe harbour of success.

teachingprofwkidsThank you Doc Frost for the excellent idea and the web pact. With a week ardlaey gone, I'm in for a hybrid article/book proposal/new section of book chapter variant:1. Write up results of ongoing research into submission by Nov. 29 that should not exceed 8,000 words 2. Write that new chapter proposed in that book proposal's TOC 2.0 10,000 new words3. Complete fuller revised version of book proposal for Univ. press, in the range of 4,000 words***(I ardlaey have a book MS in hand, but I want a contract to motivate further revision). If no one gets seriously ill and the grading gets done, I have a shot at completing these 22,000 words.Happy writing everyone!
