este viu chat-ul :-) cu toate ca este foarte simplu momentan caci l-am scris de la 0 folosind un tutorial, ca am cautat sa integrez ceva deja facut si nu am gasit nimic sa-mi placa

asa ca o sa fie foarte "basic" momentan, in timp ii facem imbunatatiri

gata am configurat si niste comenzi pe server de pornit/oprit serverul de chat, si sa verifice pe fiecare minut daca este pornit, iar daca nu, sa-l porneasca
